Goczałkowice Zdrój Health Resort is a developed health care institution, owning complete therapeutic and technical infrastructure. In this popular health resort place in Silesia there are about 10 000 patients each year for hospital or sanatory treatment. The beginnings of the health resort date back to 1856.
Goczałkowice-Zdrój Health Resort is a centre complex of Voivodeship Rheumatologist and Rehabilitation Centre, in which there are included:
- Rheumatologist and Rehabilitation Hospital,
- Szpital Uzdrowiskowy dla Dzieci Stokrotka Stationary care facility (Daisy Health Resort Hospital for Children)

In the centre there are mainly treated movement organ diseases, taking specially into consideration rheumatological and orthopaedic, and also neurology diseases. There are also treated here peripheral vessel diseases, laryngologic diseases as well as rehabilitation of people with diabetes. The Health Resort with its Nature and Medical Institution owns complete treatment centre and offers a wide range of procedures, including also procedures on the basis of natural resources such as THERAPEUTIC MUD and BRINE from own deposit. There is gradually broadening the offer aimed at people, who want to care of their good condition and also use relaxation and beauty procedures.
