The Health Hotel *** is situated in a charming and calm district of Gdynia – Orłowo, 300 metres from the sea and the beach. Direct access to the Gdańska Bay, a beautiful pier and a seaside promenade make this an ideal place for relaxation and rehabilitation.
The Health Hotel is a complex facility offering 27 rooms, a restaurant and a cafe, a conference hall, the SPA&Wellness Centre and the Centre of Rehabilitation and Biological Regeneration. It is one of few private facilities of this type in the south of Poland and it offers high quality rehabilitation and biological regeneraton services. The entire facility is adjusted to the use by a disabled person moving on wheelchairs: wide passages, sliding entrance doors to the rehabilitation centre, large lifts, bathrooms, toilets and 2 rooms adjusted to the needs of the disabled, the system of sound signalling in saunas, toilets, bathrooms and rooms for the disabled, connected to the reception desk.

The Centre of Rehabilitation and Biological Regeneration is a modern centre offering a wide array of rehabilitation services. We offer in-patient treatment and 7- or 14-day rehabilitation stays (with boarding and accommodation in our hotel). Treatment is conducted by excellent therapists who use the latest rehabilitation methods and techniques. The centre includes a large hydrotherapy division, massage studios and studios of individual exercises, cryosauna, saunas, jacuzzi, physiotherapy studios, two gyms. We also have modern equipment, e.g. devices for silhouette-modelling and lifting treatment as well as a device for energy-tone therapy unique on the Coast.
Before rehabilitation treatment, there is a consultation with a doctor. Treatments are selected individually and adjusted to the needs of each patient.
Our Centre also offers other classes: Pilates, Yoga, Nordic-Walking and the School for Mums (Exercises for pregnant women, Antenatal classes, Classes for young mums).
The Centre of Rehabilitation and Biological Regeneration holds a quality certificate ISO 9001/2000.
Its convenient location allows for problem-free access by public transport or Urban Rapid Railway which connects the entire Tricity.
